Important information for activity holidays in the Mountain Living Apartments
Arrival and departure
The day you arrive the apartments are ready at 2.00 p.m. If you arrive after 8.00 p.m. we kindly ask you to let us know. The day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment/room within 10.00 a.m
Zahlungskonditionen
We accept payment in cash, with debit card or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). We kindly ask you to pay the bill the evening before your departure.
Cancellation conditions
A cancellation is not pleasant for both, for us and for you. It’s a pity if apartments or rooms stay empty, although other guests would have liked to come to our house. Therefore we ask you for a favour: Please inform us as soon as possible!
- A cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival is free.
- A cancellation between 20 days and 11 days before the arrival will be charged with the room price of 30%
- A cancellation within less than 5 days before the arrival will be charged with 90% of the price of your reservation.
Travelling- and training groups
We are pleased to welcome also smaller and larger travelling groups in our house. Just ask us for the perfect holiday package for your stay!
Travelling insurance
We recommend our guests to take out insurance against cancellation and protection in general of the European Union. In case of a cancellation or of an advanced department due to an illness, an accident, etc. your costs will be refund.
Room sketches
The room and apartment sketches can vary in their furnishing, according to location and size of the room/apartment.
Domestic animals
On request we also accept pets. For each animal we put in charge a small extra charge of 12,- € per day (without food). Please have sympathy that your pets have no access to the breakfast room and the wellness area.
Tourism tax
Prices per person/day from 14 years € 3,20.

Are the prices per person or per accommodation unit?
What services are included in the price?
Included in the price are free parking directly at the property, complimentary Wi-Fi in all apartments and throughout the property, use of the wellness area with sauna and indoor swimming pool, a wellness bag with towels, and the complimentary Lake Resia Guest Pass, which allows you to use public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. The holiday apartments also come as standard with bed linen and towels.
Is the final cleaning included in the price?
No, final cleaning is not included in the price of the Mountain Living Apartments and is charged separately.
What is the cancellation policy?
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
- For cancellations made 20 to 11 days before arrival, 30% of the agreed total price will be charged.
- For cancellations made 10 to 6 days before arrival, 60% of the agreed total price will be charged.
- For cancellations made 5 days or less before arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, 90% of the agreed total price will be charged.
Cancellations are disappointing and frustrating for everyone involved. It’s a shame when holiday apartments remain vacant even though others would have loved to stay. We therefore kindly ask you to let us know in good time if you are unable to make your trip. We also recommend taking out cancellation and travel insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Can cancellation and travel insurance be taken out directly through the Mountain Living Apartments?
Yes, you can take out the Hotelstorno Plus insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung directly during the booking process.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount depends on the total price of your booking.
How much is the local tourist tax?
The local tax is €3.20 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over and is charged separately on site.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your stay in cash, by debit card or with Visa or Mastercard.
Are dogs or other pets allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome on request and are charged at €12.00 per day, excluding food. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining room or wellness area.
Can special arrangements or surprises be organised, such as a cake or flowers?
Yes, we would be happy to arrange surprises for special occasions on request. Please contact us in advance so that we can accommodate your individual requirements as fully as possible.
