Yes, the holiday apartments for four or more guests feature separate sleeping and living areas. The apartment for up to eight guests also features two separate bedrooms.

Are the Mountain Living Apartments suitable for groups? | Apartments

Yes, the Mountain Living Apartments are also suitable for groups. Larger groups are very welcome and, subject to availability, can book several apartments together. Please feel free to contact us for a personalised offer.

How are the apartments equipped? | Apartments

All our cosy and spacious holiday apartments feature a shower and/or bath, WC, hairdryer, modern kitchenette, dining area, sofa, TV, safe and balcony.

How is the kitchen equipped? | Apartments

All modern kitchenettes are equipped with a dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and kettle. You will also find crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans and cooking utensils.

No, the apartments do not have air conditioning. Thanks to the alpine setting at around 1,470 metres above sea level, temperatures remain pleasantly cool in summer, while the nights are refreshingly crisp.

No, there is no washing machine available at the Mountain Living Apartments. We are happy to offer a laundry and ironing service for an additional charge.

No, the Mountain Living Apartments are not cleaned as standard during your stay. We are happy to provide an additional cleaning service or change of bed linen for an extra charge. Towels can be changed at any time free of charge.

Yes, a wellness bag with towels for the wellness area is provided in your holiday apartment. Bathrobes are available to hire on site for an additional charge of €10.00. For environmental reasons, we kindly ask you to bring your own pool slippers.

Yes, the holiday apartments are ideal for families and, depending on the category, can accommodate between two and eight guests. The larger apartments also feature separate bedrooms, providing plenty of space for a comfortable family holiday.

No, there are no discounts for children, as prices are based on the apartment rather than the number of guests. Children staying within the maximum occupancy are not charged any additional fees.

There are plenty of activities for children in the surrounding area, including the centrally located playground in San Valentino, with a variety of play equipment, the Watles Adventure Mountain with its hiking and skiing area, and a nature trail (such as the Zipf und Zapf Weg) in the nearby Bosco Talai.

Yes, there are numerous cycling and mountain biking routes of varying difficulty around the Mountain Living Apartments. Enjoy leisurely rides along the Via Claudia Augusta and around the San Valentino lake, challenging mountain bike routes and the 3-Country Enduro Trails. The Haideralm cable car, just 100 metres away, takes you straight to the Belpiano–Malga San Valentino biking area. No, final cleaning is not included in the price of the Mountain Living Apartments and is charged separately.

What is the cancellation policy? | Booking information

The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
  • For cancellations made 20 to 11 days before arrival, 30% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • For cancellations made 10 to 6 days before arrival, 60% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • For cancellations made 5 days or less before arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, 90% of the agreed total price will be charged.

Cancellations are disappointing and frustrating for everyone involved. It’s a shame when holiday apartments remain vacant even though others would have loved to stay. We therefore kindly ask you to let us know in good time if you are unable to make your trip. We also recommend taking out cancellation and travel insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
